Last year we hand-delivered complete holiday meals to 15 families across Denver, Colorado and Alaska, built from scratch with no nonprofit status and no funding. In 2026, we are scaling to 150 baskets across Austin and surrounding areas with the systems, partnerships and heart to do it right.

Fast food to food bank
A blueprint to convert vacant fast-food restaurants into community food distribution sites using existing freezers, drive-thrus, and commercial kitchens.
